These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the legal relationship between “THE UNITY WEALTH”, an Affiliate Marketing Company, and the individual party ("You" or "Distributor"). The “THE UNITY WEALTH” platform, accessible via the direct web link www.theunitywealth.com ("Site"), is managed by “THE UNITY WEALTH”.
By utilizing the services described herein, you expressly agree to abide by and be bound by all terms set forth in this Agreement. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must cease all promotional activities immediately. Your continued use of the services after any amendments to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those amendments.
It is imperative that you read these Terms carefully and understand all provisions therein. Additionally, please review our Privacy Policy for information on data collection, usage, and sharing practices.
Upon registering within the “THE UNITY WEALTH” platform and conducting any business with “THE UNITY WEALTH”, you agree to the following:
Legal Capacity: You affirm that you are of legal age in your state of residence.
Independent Contractor Status: You acknowledge being an independent contractor responsible for determining your own business activities. You are not an agent or employee of “THE UNITY WEALTH”.
Tax Obligations: You are responsible for payment of all federal, state, and self-employment taxes, including sales tax, as required by relevant authorities.
Franchise or Distributorship: You understand that your position does not constitute the sale of a franchise or distributorship. Except for the Back Office software license fee, no enrollment fee is required to participate as an Independent Distributor of “THE UNITY WEALTH”.
Product Purchase: Purchase of products is optional and not required for participation as an Independent Distributor of “THE UNITY WEALTH”.
Promotion of Company Goals: You agree to prioritize the promotion and support of “THE UNITY WEALTH”'s stated goals and solicit non-ID individuals, businesses, and organizations as customers.
Terms and Conditions Compliance: You have read, understood, and agreed to comply with “THE UNITY WEALTH”’s Terms and Conditions, Policies and Procedures. You understand that non-compliance may result in forfeiture of bonuses or commissions.
Amendments: “THE UNITY WEALTH” reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use of “THE UNITY WEALTH”'s services after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Enrollment Fee: You agree to inform prospects that no enrollment fee will be charged by “THE UNITY WEALTH” to become an ID.
ID Supervision: You are responsible for supervising and supporting IDs you refer to or enroll into the program.
Promotional Materials: “THE UNITY WEALTH” may provide promotional materials and marketing guidelines to assist you. Commissions are payable according to the current Compensation Plan.
Legal Compliance: You agree not to make false, misleading, or disparaging statements about “THE UNITY WEALTH” or its products.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold “THE UNITY WEALTH” harmless for any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your actions.
Dispute Resolution: Disputes shall be resolved through external ombudsman procedures or binding arbitration.
Termination: “THE UNITY WEALTH” may terminate your Independent Distributorship for non-compliance with this Agreement or for other reasons outlined herein.
Cancellation: You may cancel this Agreement at any time, upon written notice to “THE UNITY WEALTH”.
Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that “THE UNITY WEALTH”’s Compensation Program is subject to change without notice.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and “THE UNITY WEALTH” regarding the subject matter herein.
